5. DESIGN AND PRODUCTION LIMITATIONS
Due to the nature of 3D printing and artistic processes:
- Minor variations in color, texture, and proportions may occur
- Fine details may be simplified
- Structural adjustments may be made for durability
Hairstyle and Design Limitations:
- Bobblehead models support only short or simplified hairstyles
- Stationary models support more complex styles
6. 3D PRINTING SERVICE TERMS
For resin and FDM printing services:
- Customers must provide print-ready files (e.g., STL, OBJ)
- We do not guarantee design functionality or structural performance
We are not liable for:
- File errors or defects
- Design weaknesses
- Dimensional tolerances within ±2–5%
7. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTION

Refunds may be issued only if:
- The order has not been processed

For damaged items:
- Claims must be reported within 48 hours with proof
