We dedicate significant time and creative effort to design and produce custom miniature models, collectibles, and related handcrafted items. To ensure fairness and protect our creative work, the following terms apply strictly to all custom or made-to-order requests:

Ownership:
All creative concepts, designs, renders, artwork, prototypes, and related intellectual property developed by us remain the exclusive property of HappyMento.com until full payment is received. -
Payment Period:
Full payment for custom or made-to-order work must be completed within 30 (thirty) days from the date of order placement or invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing. -
Use of Unpaid or Partially Paid Orders:
If payment is not received within 30 days, or the order remains unpaid or partially paid, we reserve the full right to use, display, publish, or list any images, renders, or completed pieces created for that order on our website, social media platforms, or promotional materials.
This includes the right to publicly showcase such work as an example of our craftsmanship and service quality. -
Customer Agreement:
By placing a custom order (whether paid, partially paid, or unpaid), you expressly acknowledge and agree that after the 30-day payment period, we may use any creative work developed for your order for portfolio, marketing, or listing purposes, without requiring further consent. -
Privacy Protection:
Any work showcased will not include personal or identifying customer details, such as names, addresses, or contact information. -
Post-Payment Display:
Once an order is fully paid, we may continue to display the creative work as part of our general portfolio, unless you specifically request in writing that it not be shown publicly.
This policy ensures that our design time and creative effort are productively utilized, even in the case of incomplete or abandoned orders, while maintaining full respect for customer privacy and confidentiality.
Restrictions
Unauthorized use of information or material provided by us may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offense.
