At Happymento.com (“we”, “our”, “us”), all products and services are customized and made-to-order. This policy explains the conditions under which cancellations, refunds, returns, or replacements may be granted.


1. NATURE OF PRODUCTS

All products offered by Happymento are:

  • Personalized and made specifically for each customer
  • Created using 3D printing (resin/FDM) and hand-finishing processes

Due to this customized nature, such products are not eligible for standard return or refund policies applicable to non-custom goods.


2. CANCELLATION POLICY

Before Production Begins

  • Orders may be cancelled within a limited time after placing the order
  • Cancellation requests must be made before design, sculpting, or printing begins
  • If approved, a full or partial refund may be issued after deducting payment processing charges (if applicable)

After Production Begins

  • Once production has started, cancellation is not permitted
  • This includes stages such as:
    • Digital sculpting or design
    • 3D printing
    • Post-processing or painting

3. REFUND POLICY

Refunds are strictly limited to the following cases:

Eligible for Refund

  • Order has not yet entered production
  • We are unable to process or complete the order
  • Duplicate payment or transaction error

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Production has already started
  • Customer dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations
  • Minor differences from reference images
  • Issues caused by poor-quality photos or incorrect files
  • Delays caused by courier services or external factors

4. RETURN POLICY

Due to the personalized nature of the products:

  • Returns are not accepted once the product is delivered
  • Products cannot be resold or reused

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged product:

Requirements:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide:
    • Clear photos of the product
    • Unboxing video (mandatory for verification)

Resolution Options:

After verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the product, or
  • Partial refund, or
  • Store credit

Important Notes:

  • Claims without proper proof may be rejected
  • Minor paint variations or small imperfections are not considered defects

6. 3D PRINTING SERVICES (RESIN & FDM)

For custom 3D printing services:

  • No refunds for issues related to:
    • File errors
    • Design flaws
    • Structural weaknesses
  • We print based on the file provided by the customer
  • Dimensional tolerances (±2–5%) are considered acceptable

7. COLOR, FINISH AND EXPECTATION DISCLAIMER

Customers acknowledge that:

  • Final products may differ slightly in color, finish, or detailing
  • These variations are inherent to 3D printing and hand-painting processes

Such differences do not qualify for refunds or returns.


8. SHIPPING-RELATED ISSUES

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners
  • If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist in resolution but final decisions depend on courier policies

9. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • The time taken for funds to reflect depends on the payment provider

10. CHARGEBACK AND DISPUTE POLICY

By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

  • Initiating a chargeback without valid reason may result in:
    • Permanent account restriction
    • Legal action if necessary

We encourage customers to contact us directly for resolution before initiating disputes.
