  • Order Cancellations
    You may request a cancellation within 7 days of placing your order. If your order has already been forwarded to our vendors or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

  • Non-Cancellable Items
    Items that are perishable (e.g., flowers, food), or customized beyond standard options cannot be canceled. However, if the delivered product falls short of quality expectations, we will review refund or replacement requests.

  • Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery. We’ll inspect the issue and arrange a refund or replacement if valid.

  • Product Not as Expected
    If the item you received differs from the website images or your expectations, please inform us within 7 days of delivery. Our Customer Service will review and address your concerns fairly.

  • Manufacturer Warranty Products
    For items that include manufacturer warranties, please reach out directly to the manufacturer for any warranty-related issues.

  • Refund Processing Time
    Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3-5 working days and credited through the same payment method used at purchase.
